MANDARIN GARDEN -
WINNING TENDER PROPOSAL
Mandarin Garden is a large-scale residential complex in Hanoi, comprising 1,008 high-end apartments across four towers (25–29 floors).
The project required a comprehensive bid submission for property management services, competing against established international firms including Savills and PMC.

My role

Led the design and structuring of two key bid documents: the technical proposal (tender submission) and the commercial proposal (pricing submission).

Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders including operations and management teams to consolidate inputs across both workstreams.
